[name of company] has recently been undergoing some troubling issues. There have been incidents of

in the office that is plaguing many of the employees. This has greatly affected our productivity and brought a cloud of uncertainty in the future of the company. I have reports that some people have even started to consider leaving the organization. We seemed to have found ourselves in a stressful situation with no possible way out.
I am aware of your long experience and great knowledge in this industry. I hope you don’t mind if I ask for your input on the matter. I feel that my lack of experience can do very little to resolve the issue. I would appreciate any advice that you can give me on this matter.
