Meeting Feedback Letter

Hello everybody, 

Thank you all for participating in the meeting today. I believe it was quite productive, and we tackled a lot. Below is a summary of what was discussed and some feedback on how the meeting went. 

Regarding the agenda, {we accomplished/didn’t accomplish everything that was planned.}
{I feel like we could have moved through it more quickly if everyone had been familiar with it beforehand. Next time, I suggest we distribute the agenda ahead of time to allow everyone to review it.} 

Regarding the discussion, everyone had valuable input. However, I feel like we didn’t really have time to delve into any of the topics as deeply as we would have liked. Next time, I suggest we set aside more time for discussion so that each topic has a chance to be fully explored.
