It is to notify you that you have to join the HOA board of director’s hearing session on [day, date] at [time].
Previously we sent you an HOA violation notice in which the HOA informed you that you had installed the fence without prior permission from the HOA board. Installing a fence without the HOA board’s approval goes against the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s).
