As the landlord of property [Property number], I hereby grant [Name] the authority to function as the landlord for the same property. This permission is granted to [Name] from [Date] to [Date] after which he/she does not possess the authority to make decisions on my behalf.
Any installation of appliances or other changes in the property can be completed with the authorization of [Name] on my behalf. Any documents to be signed by the landlord can also be done by the assigned authority.
