On [Date], you weren’t available at your duty station on time, and for the rest of the week, you didn’t come in at all. As highlighted in your contract, this is a policy breach and is punishable by the company.

To this effect, this letter is to inform you that you have been terminated from  [Company’s Name] effectively from [Date]. The company’s success relies on every member pulling together as a team. You have demonstrated that this is not a strength.

We will send your final cheque by email on or before [Date]. Please return any company items issued to you as soon as possible. Your benefits with the company will be terminated on [Date].

You can launch an appeal to this termination before 7 days, after which we will consider this matter closed.
