Follow Up Letter for Documents

You have had email correspondence with a client, and you have asked for important documents you need about the project so that you can continue the work. You still haven’t received them, so now you want to send a follow-up letter for documents to kindly remind the client that you cannot move forward without them. Here is a great template you can edit and use.

I hope you are doing well. I understand how hectic and busy work days can be, so I am writing to follow up on the documents I requested from you earlier. As we discussed, I need these documents in order to continue my work on the project, and I cannot move forward without them. This delay impacts my delivery dates further.
 

If you could send me the documents as soon as possible, that would be greatly appreciated.
