I hope this letter finds you well. This is regarding the test you recently took regarding your condition. There is no need to be nervous as the results came out okay. I understand if you’re a bit worried but I hope you didn’t throw this letter to the garbage yet.
Attached are your test results. As you can see, everything turned out okay. Of course, there are still some things you shouldn’t eat too much of so consult me on that.
We are aware there are a lot of medical terms in the results. Thus, if you need anything to be explained to you, feel free to give me a call. I will be more than happy to explain everything there to you.
